Before the Flight:
To get the most of the flying experience please read:

to Bring:
Please bring the following items with you:
- Copy of your voucher or prepaid lesson
if any, use of iPhone okay.
- Driver’s License or Passport
- Dress light as it gets warm in the
airplane. Please don’t wear sandals or
open toe shoes.
Scheduling
the Flight:
To schedule the introductory flight you will first need to register to access
the calendar below. If you don't see your preferred date or time
available, please email us at Info@flybayarea.com and we will arrange
a time that is convenient for you. If you prefer to schedule the flight on any other
weekday, please email us with your preferred date and time at
info@flybayarea.com.
Please include your Voucher number and Redemption code. The redemption
code is the 8-digit number under the barcode. Redemption codes will be
validated. Reservations containing invalid data will be deleted by
administrator. Thanks!
Flights will be conducted on Saturday afternoons,
Sundays, and Tuesdays. Please select one of the following 4 appointment time
slots. To accommodate as many of you as possible, please try not to leave
any gaps on the schedule.
Flight Lesson
A Times: (Tuesdays, Saturdays, Sundays)
- A- 9:00am - 11:00am
(not available on Saturdays)
- B- 11:00am - 1:00pm
(not available on Saturdays)
- C- 1:00pm - 3:00pm
- D- 3:00pm - 5:00pm
Flight Lesson
B Times: (Select Saturdays Only*)
- A- 2:00pm -
4:00pm
- B- 4:00pm - 6:00pm
Note: Flight Lesson A and
Flight Lesson B are identical, just at different times and may be conducted by
an associate flight instructor.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson, you must do so by
providing at least 48hrs notice. If you don't show for your lesson or
fail to cancel with more than 48hrs notice the flight lesson will be
forfeited. Weather or illness may require that we reschedule
the lesson on short notice. If there is a problem with the weather, we will contact you the day before or on the
day of your flight lesson to make a go/no go decision. If you are ill and cannot make your lesson, please let us
know as soon as possible. Lastly, we do not call or send email reminders / confirmation notices prior to your flight lesson. You are responsible to show up for your lesson at the date/time that you have scheduled.

*NOTE*: Calendar is updated on a daily basis, however, instructor
or aircraft availability and scheduling may change on short notice.
