Step 2 of 2
Your next steps are:
1. UPLOAD YOUR DOCUMENTS TO YOUR GOOGLE DRIVE:
Here is a list of documents you'll need to upload. Please also bring your original documents to your first meeting. We will need to verify the actual physical documents per TSA regulations. When you arrive we'll make copies of these documents to keep on file, and we'll take a Digital Photo of you for the Flight Scheduling System.
PLEASE NOTE: We must first obtain these documents before granting you access to the scheduling system.
All New Students:
Driver's License or Valid Photo ID
Signed Membership Agreement
FAA Medical Certificate (at least Third Class)
Non-owners Aircraft Insurance with the following minimum requirements.
Minimum $250,000/$50,000 of Liability
Minimum $25,000 Aircraft Property/Physical Damage
Loss of Use coverage
The cost for this insurance is affordable and will bring you peace of mind for just around $300 per year. You can obtain a quote from the following:
US Citizens:
Unexpired US Passport or Birth Certificate
Foreign Nationals:
Visa, Visa Waiver, or Permanent Resident Card
Foreign Passport
TSA Final Approval Letter (view email attachments for instructions)
You should additionally have obtained (or will promptly obtain) limited access to Flight Schedule Pro, our booking system. You are welcome to upload your documents directly to your Flight Schedule Pro account as well as your Google Drive link if you would like to expedite your onboarding process.
PLEASE NOTE: All documents that are uploaded should be in PDF format. For proof of insurance, please be sure to upload a copy of your complete policy. Passport & photo IDs must be clearly scanned. We also require the original signed copy of your membership agreement. Screenshots or photo images are NOT acceptable.
2. SCHEDULE YOUR ONBOARDING MEETING:
Once we have your documents in Google Drive you will receive an email with an invitation to an in-person meeting where you will have a chance to pick up your student pilot supplies and finish the registration process. Please bring all your documents with you. We will also need to take a photo of you for our TSA requirements. Feel free to reach out to us if you don't hear from us after uploading your documents to Google Drive.
3. START LEARNING TO FLY!
That's it! After your onboarding meeting, you will be all set, and will have full access to your Flight Schedule Pro account to schedule your flight lessons.
